Canyon Ranch Grill Nourishing Menu Series
Canyon Ranch Miami Beach, known for wellness programming designed for a lifetime of health, is launching a monthly nourishing menu series that allows locals and residents access to world-class cuisine and help address relevant health concerns such as skin cancer and heart disease.
In time for Skin Cancer Awareness Month in May, the $36/person menu features dishes teaming with antioxidants and nutrients to enrich the skin.
The following menu items were chosen by nutrition experts at Canyon Ranch because of their benefit to the skin. For example, each dish contains a variety of antioxidants from fruits or vegetables. Antioxidants not only act to neutralize the effects of the UV rays but they also protect the skin from further sun damage. Other “photoprotective” nutrients are omega 3 fats found in certain fish, nuts, and seeds.
The three-course “Nourish” menu is $36/person (subject to tax and gratuity) and does not include beverages.
