Served with a Szechwan dipping sauce

Hydroponic arugula, pine nuts and grape tomatoes with a soy-balsamic drizzle

Miso Rubbed Chicken Salad
Napa cabbage, radicchio, mango, cucumber, sliced grapefruit with citrus vinaigrette


Second Course

Tilapia
Pan seared tilapia with sautéed spinach served in a yuzu beurre blanc sauce

6. Oz Marsala Ginger Marinated Skirt Steak
With oven roasted potatoes and herb-garlic sauce

Chicken Paillard
Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, topped with crispy mushrooms and black bean garlic sauce
