Canyon Ranch Grill’s “Nourish” Prix-fixe Menu Series: Father’s Day
As part of Canyon Ranch Grill’s “Nourish” prix-fixe menu series and in honor of Father’s Day, the June menu focuses on heart health. Giving locals and residents access to world-class cuisine that help’s address relevant health concerns, the $36/person menu features dishes teeming with antioxidants, fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids, and other anti-inflammatory ingredients that are essential for decreasing risk of heart disease.
First course:
Peruvian Style Ceviche
Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds
Second course:
Roasted Vegetable Salad
Rich in fiber and antioxidants
Entree (choice of):
Bison Tenderloin
Grass fed beef is lower in total fat, saturated fat and higher in Omega-3s than grain-fed beef. Grass-fed beef also contains higher levels of vitamin E, and beta carotene.
Salmon with Organic Spinach
One of the best sources of heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids. Spinach is a great source of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that protects blood vessels from free radical damage.
Curry Vegetables
Contains vitamin C, carotenoids, niacin, vitamin E, zinc, and anti-inflammatory spices.
Dessert:
Bowl of Fresh Mixed Berries
A great source of soluble fiber to lower cholesterol levels and a great source of antioxidants and vitamin C to fight inflammation and free radical damage.
The four-course “Nourish” menu is $36/person (subject to tax and gratuity) and does not include beverages.
